How to get here?

We are easy to get to by bus as the studio is a 5 minute walk from Newport Bus Station.

Parking can be busy on Lower Pyle Street but there are two local supermarkets opposite the Bus Station that permit 2 hours free parking, or 3 hours for a nominal fee.

The nearest council run car park is the Coppins Bridge Long Stay car park behind Cineworld cinema.

At N.E.C. Pilates we are committed to making movement accessible to everyone. Because our studio is located in a character building we have created flexible options to ensure every client feels supported.

Parkinson’s IW Vouchers Accepted
We are pleased to accept Parkinson’s IW vouchers. Please let us know when booking so we can ensure the most suitable session is arranged for your needs.

Ground Floor Access & 1:1 Sessions
Our foyer, facilities and massage treatment room are all located on the ground floor.

Entry: There is one small step at the main entrance.

1:1 Specialist sessions: For clients who find stairs a challenge, we host private sessions in the treatment room downstairs.

The 'Floor' Alternative: We often utilise our large sturdy massage couch for traditional 'mat' exercises. This is a fantastic option for clients who struggle to get down to the floor but still want the full benefit of a core-focused workout.

Group Classes & Online Options
Main Studio: Our primary group class space is located upstairs.
Ground Floor Classes: For those who prefer to avoid stairs, we can host small intimate groups (up to 6 people) for seated or standing Pilates classes in our ground-floor foyer upon request.
Online Studio: If you prefer the convenience of home, we offer regular online group classes and 1:1 sessions via  video call.
